How to Change the Docking Behaviour of Products

To begin designing, login to your Foyr Neo account here: www.foyr.com
You can either go to a previously designed project or start with a new one to design your 3D floor plan.
Select various components for your project from the Catalogue and add to the shortlist.
Drag and drop items from the shortlist into your design and place where required.
To keep products on the surface of the component you place them, even when the surface component is moved, click on the product to select it. On the ‘Context Bar’, click on the unlocked lock to lock the product to the plane.
With the product locked on that docking plane, moving the product will result in the it stopping at the edges of the surface.
To reverse the process and unlock the product from the docking plane by clicking on the lock in the ‘Context Bar’ .

This is how you change the docking properties of a product. This is a particularly useful feature for moving and changing the layout of the room, especially for tables with staging elements already placed.
