1. To manage your subscription, login to Foyr Neo here: www.foyr.com

   
   

   
   

2. On your Dashboard, click on the ‘My Account’ link.
   
   
   
   

3. On this page, you can change your account settings like name, company name, email, password, etc.
   
   
   
   

4. Click on the second tab of the settings page, ‘Plan and Payments’ to choose a plan of your choice based on usage and requirement.

5. You can also click on ‘Upgrade’ on the top right corner of the Neo screen to make changes to the existing plan.
   
    
   
   

6. If you are unsure about what plan will suit you best, you can reach the customer experience team by clicking on the ‘neoconnect@foyr.com' link at the bottom of the page. ​
   
   
   
   
   

7. Once you have a plan, you can upgrade or downgrade based on requirement. 
   
   

8. You can always cancel a plan, by clicking on the ‘cancel’ button on your plan settings. ​
