2. To invite someone to view and share your 3D floor plan projects on Neo, go to your dashboard to see the ’Manage Team’ box on the right of the screen 
   
   
   
   
   

3. Click on ‘Manage Members’ and enter the email addresses to invite people onto your projects. 
   
   
   
   
   

4. Once they’ve accepted the invite, they can also view and make changes to any of your projects on your dashboard.
   
   
   

5. To manage your team members, click on the edit icon next to the email of the team member to change their status. 
   
   
   
   

6. The number of team members is displayed on the main settings page.
